Chicken Garden Salad
The most recent meal I ate/made was salad. This is probably one of my favorite meals to make because it is so customizable and you can make them in any portion size. The salad you will see featured in the picture below is a Chicken Garden Salad. It's pretty simple to make. I started off by washing the lettuce pictured then seasoning it with garlic, salt and pepper. Next, I made the chicken. I began by chicken and then cutting it into 1 inch pieces. I proceeded to season the chicken with paprika, salt, pepper, garlic, onion, powder and olive oil. I tossed the pieces in a pan until they were cooked throughly. I then continued to slice cherry tomatoes, persian cucumbers and carrots. I then continued to add all these ingredients into the lettuce, then I topped off my salad with raspberry balsamic vinaigrette, Trader Joes 21 seasoning salute and parmesan cheese. Below is a picture of the results and a link to a recipe of a different version of the salad with other ingredients one can substitute.
